In this episode we discuss the Irish folktale Stingy Jack, sure to change the way you view pumpkin carving!  We also do a major disservice to turnips and beets, but do acknowledge they are waaay scarier than pumpkins, especially when you carve them. 
Also very scary this episode is published unedited with all of our um er ah so mistakes.  Not necessarily something we will do all the time, but after a rough couple of months for the Mavens we enjoyed letting our freaky flags fly!
