San Antonio weathers the COVID-19 crisis thanks to the efforts of Eric Cooper and his team. Over almost two decades at the San Antonio Food Bank, Cooper has led the growth of the food bank from 10 million pounds delivered, to over 61 million per year. Now, as the crisis tests the resources and resolve of the community, Cooper joins SABJ reporter Jeanette Garcia to give us an update.
