Let's dive in! For today in Orange County, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk, with surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet. There’s no thunderstorm activity expected, so get out there and enjoy the waves. The water temperature is a bit chilly, between 55 to 57 degrees. Remember, always keep an eye out for the tides at Newport Beach - high tide at 4.5 feet around 1:31 AM PDT. And don't forget, we've got a mix of south swell and west swell coming your way.

Moving on to Tuesday, the rip current risk decreases to low, with surf heights between 1 to 3 feet. Similar to today, no thunderstorms in sight and keep an eye on the tides at Newport Beach, especially during the evening high tide.

Over in San Diego County, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk for both today and Tuesday. Surf heights will be ranging from 2 to 4 feet with mixed west and southwest swells. Water temperatures ranging between 57 to 59 degrees. Similar to Orange County, keep an eye on the tides at La Jolla for the best surfing times.
