Hey there, surfers and beach lovers! Get ready for an exciting surf forecast straight from the National Weather Service in San Diego, California.

Today in Orange County Coastal Areas, we've got a high rip current risk and some rad waves heading your way! Expect surf heights between 3 to 6 feet with local sets reaching up to 7 feet. Remember, always stay safe and watch out for those rip currents. Looks like we won't have any thunderstorms to worry about, but keep an eye out for water temperatures ranging from 64 to 71 degrees. And don't forget to check out the tides for Newport Beach - they're all over the place today!

Tomorrow's forecast is looking similar with a high rip current risk and surf heights of 3 to 5 feet, with potential local sets of 6 feet. It's all about that south swell from 190 degrees and west swell from 250 degrees. Be prepared for some awesome waves!

Heading further south to San Diego County Coastal Areas, we've got the same high rip current risk. Surf heights will be running between 3 to 5 feet with local sets possibly reaching 6 feet. Water temperatures are looking great at 67 to 70 degrees, so jump in and catch those waves at La Jolla!

Sunday will bring more high rip current risks with surf heights of 3 to 5 feet. The tides at La Jolla are something to keep an eye on, especially if you're planning your surf session around them. And once again, we're soaking up that south swell from 210 degrees and west swell from 260 degrees.
