The San Diego County Registrar of Voters posted another update of election results early Tuesday, and another batch of results will be released at 5 p.m. today. So far, 1.25 million ballots have been cast, and another 370,000 are at the Registrar, but are not yet counted.The total number of votes cast is higher than the 2016 general election.
