Surf's up, beach lovers! Get ready for some exciting wave action across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Today's looking pretty sweet with mostly sunny skies and some scattered showers to keep things interesting.

San Juan and the north central regions are gonna see some killer waves around 3 to 4 feet today, ramping up to 5 feet by Wednesday. Surfers, take note - the rip current risk is moderate, so stay alert and watch those tricky spots near jetties and reefs.

The northeast beaches like Rio Grande and Luquillo are serving up consistent 3 to 4 foot swells with east winds dancing around 10 mph. Perfect for catching some mid-morning rides before those afternoon showers roll through.

If you're hanging in the southwest around Cabo Rojo, the waves are a bit mellower - we're talking 2 to 3 foot swells with super chill east winds. Not exactly epic surf conditions, but still plenty of fun for casual beach goers.

The Virgin Islands are bringing their A-game with St. Croix offering some solid 4 foot waves and St. Thomas delivering consistent 3 foot swells. Expect east winds between 10 to 15 mph adding some extra spice to your beach day.

Quick safety reminder - even with low rip current risks, always respect the ocean and watch for those sneaky currents around rocky areas. Stay hydrated, slather on the sunscreen, and enjoy those Caribbean waters!

Catch you on the waves, beach warriors!
