Happy Friday San Marcos! This week on The Scoop, Exsar was joined with John David Carson, a local business owner and transportation mobility enthusiast, to discuss why he believes paid parking is the right solution to fixing the downtown’s parking issues.

And with the addition of a new parking and mobility advisory board by the San Marcos city council, strides are being made in the city to try and fix these issues. But is paid parking the solution?
