On this episode, Sonn Eidem & Dan Delzell delve into the suffering from guilt that comes from not engaging in the rituals of Religion. Religious guilt tends to be rooted in compulsory religious rituals. Stressing over religious externals, such as church attendance, praying the rosary, tithing etc is a far cry from understanding the Gospel and having a warm personal relationship with the Lord.  Jesus' death on the cross was not to force us into religious rituals but to free us so that we can have a personal relationship with Him guilt-free.
