Sunday 30 August is the final in our August series ‘Inspired by the Past and Facing the future’. So far in our local heroes of the faith we have had St Alphege, William Tyndale, John Wesley and William Wilberforce. Our last one is more Bristol than Bath, although he was born in Germany. He came to Bristol as a pastor in his 20’s and this was his base until his death at the age of 93.
