Life's a beach, for real. We build sandcastles, then get mad when the waves inevitably wash them away. It's okay! There's so much more sand and sometimes it's cool to swim with the waves.

In this episode I invite you to the beach in Chuquiapan where I grew up, and share one of my favorite memories that reminded my of spirit's support.
