This episode I talk with comedian Sandi Benton. Sandi contacted me after I recorded an episode about being 1 year off of alcohol and how she had enjoyed how open I had been about that. Sandi herself is over a year off of alcohol and I invited her on to talk about how we both came to that decision and how its been going since. Sandi is open about her struggles with OCD, and we both talk about shifting addictions, therapy, childhood medications, anxiety, and more. Its an awesome episode and I hope a you all enjoy it.
