Sandokan is giving us everything we didn’t know we needed: a pirate prince with a heart of gold, a slow-burning grand romance, dramatic standoffs, and yes… an epic theme song ("Sandokan!" 🎶).

While there were many things we enjoyed, we also discuss where the show could grow, especially when it comes to deepening the female characters (and hopefully introducing more women into the story overall).

It was so fun to shift gears from what we've been watching lately and... honestly, we need more romantic pirate books and movies ASAP.
