I drive. It's what I do. I move forward and never look back. Never had a reason to, anyways. When I'm speeding across the dunes, my body melts into the seat and I become one with the machine. All those bad memories, and the people and things that want my head fly behind me like the rest of the scenery. I'm at peace here. The only thing I have to think about is my future... When he finally returns and takes me away from this god-forsaken planet.
