Since 1976, the Pacific PRIDE Foundation has offered resources and safe spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals, and for people living with HIV and AIDS, across California’s coast. On Saturday August 27, the Foundation held their first Pacific PRIDE Festival since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. KCSB’s Daniel Huecias briefly spoke with Pacific PRIDE Foundation’s executive director Kristin Flickinger and drag queen Karma Limbs at the weekend festival.
