Santa Barbara County has gotten the go-ahead by the State of California to move to the next stage of reopening. KCSB’s Aubrey Valerio sat down with Mayor Kathy Murillo to discuss the economic recovery process in Santa Barbara and how the City plans to execute the reopening.
