  1. Get dressed - and not just from the waist up
  2. Test your equipment the day before 
  3.  Find a Skype buddy and practice  
  4. Check your background - Don't give them a whole lot of personal vibes to look at while talking to you.  Choose a room with a nice wall and bright lighting. 
  5. Let everyone in the house know you are having a video interview. If the house is on fire, let it burn for 15 minutes until this interview is over.
