Under Dan Schulman’s leadership, PayPal has made encouraging progress in the areas of inclusion and diversity. In 2017, PayPal noted a 20 percent year-over-year increase in the number of women who serve in VP roles or higher, a 13 percent increase in promotions of females, and a “significant” decline in voluntary attrition. PayPal is also committed to ensuring that similar roles are paid equally.
