This was an experience and a half... let me tell you. I recently took a course that was hosted by ASPSH (Alberta Society for the Promotion of Sexual Health) that took place in Calgary. This course was called the SAR course (Sexual Attitude Reassessment) and it is a prerequisite for my course that I am taking next year to learn how to teach Sexual Health.
