Sara and Ben are two of the three people behind the ‘It's OKAY Project’. (Shoutout to Dominic that unfortunately was not well on the day of the podcast recording).Sara is an artist, teacher, skater, mother and wife and she is the Founder and Art Director of the project. Ben is a teacher, rugby player, dad and is the administration and communications consultant for the project.‘It's OKAY Project’ was born in 2020 and it evolved from a story of bereavement and mental health struggles.
