Obsessive compulsive disorder is a real, debilitating mental illness that is so much more than wiping down door handles. My sister in law Sara is one of the 2.3% of the population who had obsessive compulsive disorder. She sat down with me to talk about defining OCD, sharing her own experiences and breaking stigma.
