Sarah’s Advice

My best advice to a founder is spend as much time as you can with your potential customers. Do not skip this step. Because you will find yourself having to go back to it before or after you've built software.

You may as well do it before you've built software. Just find out about your customer and who they are, what's important to them and what their biggest challenges are. That's the most important thing and also be creative.

Look to the edges because most people trying to find a problem they look straight ahead and it is easy to solve when you get to the edges that you find a solution. It's really worth building.
