Imagine you have a favorite race—one you continually dream about winning one day—and on every hard training run and day that you're dragging, you visualize being out there and making it happen.

Sarah Biehl kept grinding and manifested her dream—not only breaking the tape at the 60th JFK50, but also shattering Ultra legend Ellie Greenwood's course record by over 6 minutes, running a BLAZING fast 6:05:42!
