Our guest this week is Sarah Gaines, a Labor and delivery nurse who due to family circumstances pivoted into the travel industry. On today's episode she shares her journey as a travel nurse one in the beginning that included failed negotiations, left her homeless, and underpaid. Sarah decided to continue travel nursing with the determination to figure out how to be successful within the industry. She has since then increase her income to 6-figures while helping other nurses do the same.
