As the co-founder of sass & bide, Sarah-Jane Clarke’s days were filled with fashion shows, boutique openings and glamorous parties. What followed was endless binge drinking, hangovers and crippling anxiety. But three years after shedding her identity with sass & bide, she also ended her relationship with alcohol. On today’s episode, Phoebe sits down with Sarah-Jane to chat about embarking on a sober-ish lifestyle, the challenges she’s faced and why alcohol is the only drug we need to justify not taking.
