About Sarah Main -
Surrounded by art from an early age Sarah started her painting career at 16. She went on to study Fine Arts at Sydney University.
At age 19 Sarah became enamored by the burgeoning Sydney house music scene and chose DJing as her full time profession. She played throughout Australia until her relocation to Ibiza in 2001.
From 2001 Sarah was the resident DJ at the revered Pacha nightclub for 13 years. She toured for the Pacha brand and her own self branded nights playing at the best clubs and festivals around the world. In Ibiza, she also held residencies at Ushuaia and Heart and the world's no.1 club Space.
In 2019 Sarah returned full time to her primary passion and a bold new style emerged. Her paintings are bright colorful depictions of whimsical characters inspired by her prismatic life and her diverse experiences.
Since 2019 has held 6 successful exhibitions, (solo and group) in Ibiza and Barcelona and has more lined up for 2022.
In 2021 Sarah was one of the founding members of the Misonny Art Festival which had its inauguration at Mas Sorrer in Girona in September. She painted a live mural, presented her physical works with an augmented reality experience, DJ'ed and presented her first NFT collection.
The festival was the first in Spain to present blockchain technology with all attendees receiving a POAP- an NFT of attendance designed by Sarah. With over 4000 attendees the festival has been nominated for the best new festival at the European Festival awards this coming March in Portugal.
Sarah's next NFT collection is due to be released this December on Talis Protocol on the Terra blockchain. In the digital realm, Sarah is fusing her two creative galaxies, music and art...

“The DJ Sessions” is a Twitch/Mixcloud "Featured Partner” live streaming/podcast series featuring electronic music DJ’s/Producers via live mixes/interviews and streamed/distributed to a global audience. TheDJSessions.com
