Sarah Meier, Founder and CEO of Working Parent, found that returning to work as a new mother, there were more challenges than she expected. It took her a long time to find her way. But this also made her realise that more support is needed for working parents. Sarah's organization fills that gap that is able to support families and the companies that employ parents. The aim is to normalise being your real self at work while making work a family friendly workplace.
