Sarah Miller is a bioregional herbalist and owner of Little Oak Apothecary based out of the Black Hills of South Dakota. She has three years of full-time education in botany and plant identification, wild foraging, and medicine making. Sarah practices and advocates for regenerative foraging, and is a member of the United Plant Savers guild. Little Oak Apothecary specializes in small-batch, consciously wildcrafted wellness products. Sarah offers seasonal shop updates that change depending on what wild plants she forages and works with.
