2 years ago Saro Cidery was founded by 2 Doctors and their MBA wives. Matt Wood an ophthalmologist and his wife Tracy Sanford and Jonathan Henning a urologist and his wife Paige Duncan. They teamed up with Executive Chef Eric Leyden for his culinary expertise and together they’re creating ciders that are as Nebraska Made as they are.
