Sasha, a tabby cat who secretly works as Agent S for the Feline Intelligence Bureau, grows suspicious of Milo, a scruffy kitten the Johnsons adopted. Sasha's instincts tell her Milo is hiding something, and she decides to investigate. Following him to a crumbling observatory, she discovers Milo's betrayal and his allegiance to the evil Dr. Claw. Sasha realizes that she has been led into a trap to witness Dr. Claw's latest scheme involving a mind-control device called the Lunar Disruptor.
