Why do we choose to feel stressed instead of blessed?

Feeling stressed takes so much out of us, whereas feeling blessed revives us and gives us so much to live for!!

I'm here to not only help you, but to help ME.....(greatly) to re-wire our mind as we change our words from "I Have to" to " I Get To"

I GET TO go to work (instead of saying I have to)

I GET TO stay at home ( instead of saying I have to)

You get the point.

Lets stop the complaining and see how we can change our way of thinking from feeling stressed to feeling blessed.

This book is an easy MUST read. 

I take many highlights from this book and share them with you. 

Are you going to feed the positive or negative individual inside of you? Because which ever you feed, you portray. 

Too often we wait for something to make us smile. We need to ACT for ourselves in engaging to WANT to be positive and smile.

After feeding the positive side, we can wake up and take A "Thank You" walk. Show gratitude for what you have.

"Abundance flows into your life when Gratitude flows out of your heart."

There is so much to learn, but whatever you put into it, is what you will take out of it. 

But, I'm not just talking about your education in school, I'm also talking about your education in the scriptures. How well do you know Christ?

As A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints we have another Testament of Jesus Christ called The Book of Mormon. 

It is a connection to the Bible as is the Bible a connection to The Book of Mormon. 

I can testify to you through my own conviction and NO ONE ELSE, that this book is true.

This gives you so much at just the touch of a button. 

You probably only hear this word in church or in the scriptures; REPENT!!!

Sounds deep doesn't it? 

Repentance is a change of mind and hear that brings a fresh attitude toward God, Oneself, and life in general. 

Pride and Fear can be two culprits for keeping us from Repenting.

The challenges we face and go through are powerful lessons needing to be learned.

Are we learning them or are we just repeating them??

Now that's something to think about!!

We all dream. It's natural. 

We need to constantly think and talk about what our dreams are as if it is REALITY.

In the Book; "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy, PH.D.,D.D.    

He encourages you to write down your desires, read it every morning and every night, and ACT ON IT!!! 

We all want perfection and there is no such thing. The Lord wants us all to be happy and have what we desire.

I wanted so bad to have a mini table of my own of the 10 commandments.

Number 3 resonates with me the most;

"Thou shalt not take the Lord thy Gods name in Vain"

What is Vain mean?    For your own selfish interest.

My own selfish interest? But, Many times I don't even recognize how I say his Name. 

Gods name should not be used in Anger or in shock, but should be used in worship and treated with respect. 

Many hearts will be touched, and many will not. AND THAT IS OK. 

It's a CHOICE, and no matter the Choices you choose, I still love you and will always be here for you.

Ask before giving!!!

• There are times when we can't ask before we give something to someone
• Sometimes the opportunity arises where you just are inspired to give that person something.
• In my situation and other situations you can ask what they need instead of you ASSUMING what they need. 
• We need to learn to Ask questions. 
• The Lord encouraged us; "If any of you lack wisdom, let Him ask of God."
• "I the Lord will forgive whom I forgive, but of you it is required to forgive all men."
• I ask the Lord Daily what He would have me talk about on my Podcast. I rely on his guidance in how I can serve others.

I ask YOU::

I am here to help you feel of worth and letting you know that; "You're not alone!"

Before I had my kids, I had this plan in my head on how many I wanted to have; 2 Girls and 2 Boys. They would be close together so that they would be best friends.

• My plan was rearranged on me
• The Lord had a different plan for me
• I encountered many experiences to TRUST and RELY on HIM.
• I needed time to meditate and pray
• I read; "and you will have a son and his name shall be Luke"

If we have Faith and Trust the Lord in His Timing, and do OUR part, our little seed of faith grows more than we ever could imagine. 

Do we Thank our Lord for our Everyday Mircales?

• getting a job
• recovering from a sickness
• being saved from an accident
• giving birth
• adopting kids
• waking up each morning
• communication

"What if you woke up Today with only the Things you Thanked God for yesterday?

It's not about the size of the miracle, its about the Miracle in itself.
