After helping sell books for his father at a very young age Sathish was encouraged by his parents to leave the big city and go to an emerging, diverse university in a very small town. Up to this time he lived in the third largest city in India surrounded by friends, family and all the excitement of the big city. It was a very big decision that he understood years later to be one of the MOST IMPORTANT decisions of his life. The University Founder was well known for his accomplishments , character and his parents selected this as a learning opportunity to extend his education beyond books.

His first job after college changed his world view. Working in a joint venture company with India, Japan and the USA again highlighted the diversity and excitement of ‘putting into practice the best of all three cultures’.

This helped him further in Incubating teams of excellence for Oracle and Cognizant. Sathish’s message is simple: keep learning, add value, accept change, and take advantage of ALL opportunities – big and small.
