Isaiah 42:13 "The Lord will go forth like a warrior, He will arouse His zeal like a man of war. He will utter a shout, yes, He will raise a war cry. He will prevail against His enemies". This pose is good for your ankles, posture, balance, memory and concentration. Should be avoided if high blood pressure, injury to legs, hip, back, or shoulder exist. It strengthens your legs and ankles, back muscles and shoulders. Remember The Lord is a warrior He can and will fight for you! Happy Saturday.
