In part 2 of this episode, medical student, Vivian Wang continues her conversation with Dr. Gina Badalato and Dr. Erica Traxel as they discuss the importance of preference signaling and how the Match is an ever-evolving process.    The Urology Residency Match (Urology Match or SAU Match) is governed by the Society of Academic Urologists. For more than 40 years, the AUA has administered the Urology Residency Match on behalf of the SAU.
