Campbell Family Broth-Tail Recipes

- For a nonalcoholic version, you can omit the vodka and rum or substitute them with a nonalcoholic alternative.

CHICKEN BROTH-TAIL

3/4 cup Chicken Broth (We used Campbell's)

1/4 cup vodka

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Dash of soy sauce

Squeeze of lemon juice

- Mix all the ingredients in a glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

BEEF BROTH-TAIL

3/4 cup beef broth (We used Campbell's)

1/4 cup rum

Splash of Worcestershire Sauce

Squeeze of lime juice

- Mix all the ingredients together and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
