If you are big into wine then the chances are you've heard of Dave Phinney. He's had several wine companies, including the Prisoner Wine Company. However, it's a different alcohol that has recently gained his attention. That alcohol is whiskey. As a craft distillery, Savage and Cooke strives to make excellent and unique whiskey to please all palates. We welcome head distiller Dylan Carney back to Old-Fashioned Football to talk all things whiskey, distilling, and the rebranding of Savage and Cooke.

From distilling absinthe in Scotland to whiskey in California, Dylan walks us through his journey as a distiller and what led him to Savage and Cooke.
