Today's episode will guide you through a meditation in which you are lying down (or sitting in a way that is comfortable for you. Savasana is normally done at the end of a yoga asana (postures) practice. Savasana allows for physical relaxation while the mind cognitively processes the postures just performed. I call it the "dessert" of my yoga asana practice. Today, you get to go straight to the dessert. Enjoy!
