At the beginning of creation God saw all that he made and pronounced a benediction: ...very good. Today, the world is languishing in chaos. Light has come, but people prefer darkness.

We are very fortunate that in the midst of the chaos of modern culture, we can again have the Word of God creating order out of the chaos.

God will cause the darkness to disappear in the brilliant light of the gospel. God will speak, kind and comforting words" (Zechariah 1:13) to all who choose to turn to him. They will begin to be healed from sin and rebellion. The smile that once marked creation will now be in our hearts. A renewed benediction will be declared by God himself with a smile from heaven: ...very good.
