- Election 2024 was a Red Sweep, but the GOP isn’t going to have an easy time of it. Our country is deeply divided, and the majorities in Congress are thin. This could negatively impact much-needed reform legislation.
- Trump’s cabinet and staff appointments have been pretty good so far, including the first ever female Chief of Staff and a new Government Efficiency Department to be headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. Time to get tough on bureaucratic waste.
- Kamala Harris’ campaign reportedly paid Oprah Winfrey $1M for her appearance. Officially it was paid to Oprah’s company – which she owns – and she claims she made no money on the deal. If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
- The media acquitted itself poorly this election cycle – nearly every poll was wrong, and media bias was running rampant. Wouldn’t it be nice to actually see different viewpoints on a newscast again?
- China apparently has a new jet made from hacked USA technology. They didn’t even bother to change the numbers on the jet. We have got to get tough with people who are lax with our military secrets.
- Instead of trying to heal the country after the divisive four years we’ve all just lived through, the scumball Democrat leaders like Illinois’ governor are predictably caught up in sowing aggression. It figures.
- It must be great to be a female, liberal Supreme Court Justice – that is, as long as you aren’t a 70-year-old diabetic. But the Democrats are trying to run off Sonia Sotomayor, since they clearly don’t value either loyalty or performance.
- Following the bankruptcy filing of their parent company, Franchise Inc., American Freight will close all its locations. For now, the Vitamin Shoppe, Pet Supplies Plus, and Buddy’s Home Furnishings remain open.
- It’s not every day you meet a monkey roaming free in South Carolina, but in Yemassee, it happened 30 times.

- A 9-year-old kid in a Phoenix suburb convinced his City Council to put in new features to protect pedestrians after his grandmother was nearly hit by a street racer.
