Have you ever met a person who is literally changing the world? Saving lives? Want to get inspired and learn how you can help make contributions to that change possible and even learn a few things that might change the trajectory of your life and your health?
Today, we talk to the innovative humanitarian Dr. David Ajibade, Executive Director of Brain and Body Foundation non-profit organization based in both Nigeria and the USA. David graces our stage with his heart-centered mission, providing sustainable healthcare solutions for individuals with brain disorders and life-limiting chronic diseases. We find out how we can help raise awareness and support.
You’ll learn about Dr. David’s journey and how he came to his work, educating the Nigerian public on important health issues, providing innovative, practical, and safe solutions to challenging health conditions, and alleviating the suffering of medically fragile children (especially those diagnosed with severe brain disorders, genetic disorders, and sickle cell disease (SCD). BBF holds free clinics every Friday for children from low-income homes.
During the course of our conversation, we do wonder if this remarkable man ever sleeps, because when not researching, fundraising, offering lectures and interviews, Dr. Ajibade hosts and presents a weekly TV show entitled: Your Health in Your Hands. This innovative show focuses on educating the Nigerian public on health matters of special importance to people of African, specifically Black African origin.
His work in Africa is relevant not only because of his inspiring humanitarianism, but Dr. David also speaks eloquently about the importance of supplements and how we can improve our own personal health.
