So this is my 100th episode after one year and six months of doing this podcast, on and off, and I am definitely saving the best for last. Delaying gratification, or saving the best for last, is a practice that involves exercising patience and self-control. Rather than immediately indulging in something desirable, we choose to postpone it until later. Resisting the temptation for instant gratification strengthens our ability to stay focused on long-term goals. It teaches us to prioritize what truly matters and resist impulsive behaviors that may derail our progress. So, I say, thank you all for listening and watch out for more.
