IMM BACKKKK!!!! This episode we dive into why I needed to take a little mama break. 
MY word for this year was SAVOR- and I found that end of July came & I felt pressure.. I felt overwhelmed & tbh I felt like I needed to just sit on the beach alone. 
So I did exactly that. I savored the rest of summer with my family & I regrouped to bring you guys the best I could!
Not just my mama bears but all my ladies. 
So stick around this fall will be a lot of fun.
