In this episode I finally introduce you to Gina. She is a very dear friend and is also a marriage and family therapist. We met over five years ago when she was still living in San Diego. As you will find out she challenges me to be the best version of me by pointing out what I already know inside. I feel that this approach works great for me because if you were to say to me do this or do that because it will make you better I would not see the value in that. Well I can go on and on about how much I have learned and still learning but you need to stop reading and start listening.
