We forgot to mention, but certainly should have, that there are hundreds of actors in this two and a half minute video and only about three of them are so brazen and uncool as to be white. Not least of which is the star, Kendall Jenner. Which certainly is a slap in the face to the expectations of the Democratic voters who star in the thing and for whom it was made. After all, haven’t they been promised a world in which white people have been eliminated?

Welcome to the Harvard Lunch Club Political Podcast for April 11, 2017, it's the Say Kendall Please edition of the podcast, brought to you this week by ZipRecruiter: Business confidence is back, employers are hiring again. And more and more businesses are recruiting their best employees the smart way, with ZipRecruiter dot com.

This week we bring you, with taste and delicacy, Kendall. Blonde Kendall, brunette Kendall, professional Kendall, activist Kendall, Kendall consort to the fuzz...we don't know and we don't care. Pepsi decided to stiff her and we are there to catch her on the bounce. Did you *see* the Kendall Jenner Pepsi commercial? All of the great things of the free market - appeal to youth and sex, colorful product placement, appropriating sacred social relevance for profit - are there and then some. Alas, Pepsi heard from the school librarians of the #BlackLivesMatter movement who, er, disapproved. Doesn't Pepsi get it? Those revolutionary people drink Perrier or Lester's anyway! They would gag on a Pepsi.

Next, we discuss Syria. We try to be serious but honestly we are in too good a mood after talking about Kendall. We both tend to side with the liberals and the #NeverTrumpers on this one. That is, we think that popping Assad one good one in the nose is a good thing. Fifty-eight Tomahawks, $1M each. Chickenfeed! Hit him again. Does not mean we are moving in with the 82nd Airborne for Chris' sakes.

We will have our shower thoughts - this week my shower thought is a brief primer on the theory of General Relativity. Honest; the principal of equivalence and Galileo's argument thereon. And, speaking of Galileo, our hidden gem this week is Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen!
