Text: Job 10:18-19 

INTRODUCTION

  • You cannot overcome stagnation until you step into the prophetic and deliverance realm.
  • Stagnation is a waster of life and destiny. It is a stage when you get stuck to the same spot. 
  • Motion sometimes doesn’t translate to progress. Some people are full of activity with nothing to show for it.
  • Stagnation also means doing the same thing over and over again with no tangible proof.
  • It is also a stage where nothing flows into your life from heaven. A stage where you lack provisions from heaven.
  • Stagnation is also a stage where growth stops or ceases. If you don’t say no to it, it will destroy your life or stop your destiny.

    • SIGNS OF STAGNATION 

    1. When you are merely existing with no excitement. (Job 10:18-19)

    2. When you lack direction. When you don’t know the next step to take or the next thing to do.

    3. When destiny events are delayed in your life.

    Destiny events such as:

    • Getting married
    • Bearing children 
    • Breakthrough on all grounds
    • Fulfilling your purpose in life etc.

      • 4. When those who were behind you yesterday are now in front of you today.

      5. When people you showed the road to success are now showing you the way out of debt

      6. When all your plans ended with “I had wanted to”.

      Ref. I had wanted to buy a car.

      I had wanted to travel out. 

      I had wanted to get married. 

      I had wanted to start a business. 

      And yet still remain on the same spot doing nothing. 

      • There is no one in this life that can change your situation other than God, that is why you can not afford to joke with your relationship with Him.
