From a lost love to a lost job, major events to daily losses we all take L's. In a society that tells you to "get over it" many of us keep the pain in. Sometimes to avoid expected scrutiny, sometimes because we just don't know how to process it. Drugs, alcohol, violence, depression etc, all show up as ways to cope and deal with what this world throws at us.
