In this episode I am going to be changing things up a bit and playing with the format a bit so please bear with me and let me know what you think of the changes. In the first part of the episode I am going to talk about something simple, gratitude. It is such a little thing with such a big impact, and it's pretty shitty that it is not as common as it should be. In the second part of the episode I am going to address something that was proposed by one of the listeners in one of our social media groups, Thanksgiving is around the corner and we are going to talk about cooking for the upcoming festivities, if that is what we want to call them this year.
