Description: Autogenic Training is a self-regulation technique that produces profound relaxation and relief from the negative effects of stress. 'Autogenic' means 'generated from within.' The German Johann Schultz developed this procedure in the 1920s and 1930s and his colleague Wolfgang Luthe promoted Autogenic Training in North America. Dean Moss will guide the attendees in a brief experience of Autogenic Training.
