Firstly and apology for taking 3 months to create episode 4 ... I have not in the right mind frame to do another episode and the longer I left it, the more difficult it became. But I am leaving the guilt behind and moving forward. 

Here is to saying goodbye to 2023 and thanking the year for all the amazing challenges it presented. May we learn from them and grow. 

I am looking forward to all the opportunities that 2024 has to offer and all the lessons to be learnt.
