In this episode, I get honest about cleaning out my closet and just how complicated that process turned out to be. Some clothes I was thrilled to get rid of. Others I felt weirdly attached to, even though I don't want to fit into them again. I talk about the clothes I bought just because they fit my bigger body, even when I didn't actually like them, and why I now realize that was tied to feeling embarrassed about my size at the time.
