Our lives are often filled with events, activities, and other commitments that we say "Yes" to, allowing us to feel a sense of accomplishment. However, the more we say yes, the less we truly accomplish. Could it be that saying "no" may actually benefit us? This reality lends itself to our Christian lives as well.
